RSL's XanGo jersey deal extended; new kit is unveiled

Real Salt Lake announced at a press conference this afternoon that it has reached a deal with XanGo to extend its front jersey-sponsor deal through 2013.
RSL originally signed a four-year deal with XanGo back in 2006, and the two parties argreed to extend that deal by three years.
At the press conference, XanGo founder Gordon Morton unveiled RSL’s 2010 home kit.

Here are a couple of photos of the new duds, courtesy of RSL’s George Frey:

Yup, that is Yura Movsisyan on the left side of the second photo. On the heels of signing a pre-contract with Randers FC in Denmark last weekend, Movsisyan was back in Utah with RSL today. After the press conference, he spoke with reporters about his decision to sign with the European club and about whether he’d prefer to move to Randers now or to stay with RSL until the end of the season. I’ll post what he had to say, as well as what RSL coach Jason Kreis had to say, in a subsequent post.
