Movsisyan named top player

Not surprisingly, Real Salt Lake forward Yura Movsisyan was named the Major League Soccer player of the week for scoring the game-winning goal in last Saturday’s 1-0 win over Chivas USA.

The MLS Player of the Week is selected each week of th regular season and playoffs by a panel of journalists from The North American Soccer Reporters (NASR). The group consists of members of print, television, radio and online media.

Movsisyan was a lock to win the award since the other three first-round matches all finished in ties. What do you expect out of Movsisyan this weekend? Do you expect a repeat performance?
